W.I.T.N.E.S.S. Book Club Intercessory Prayer Ministry | Monthly Conference Call
Purpose:
W.I.T.N.E.S.S. Book Club Intercessory Prayer Ministry will stand in the gap and pray for this ministry and the members, as well as the entire body of Christ.
The leadership of W.I.T.N.E.S.S. Book Club Intercessory Prayer Ministry is sensitive to the Spirit of God and His leading as they minister through prayer. Because of His Covenant and at His invitation, we will beseech the Sovereign Lord through Christ our mediator to bring revival, reformation, reconciliation, restoration, and rescue to our families, church, city, nation, and world.
Foundational Scriptures:
As prayer warriors we are committed to continue in prayer as the scripture instructs us:
“....the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” James 5:16
As prayer warriors we are committed to pray together:
“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:19-20
As prayer warriors we are committed to pray for each other:
“…..sisters, I am asking you through the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me. Pray for me with the love the Holy Spirit provides.” Romans 15:30 (NCV)
